AI customer service (and digital) is a nightmare

We live in the digital age, with apps and platforms for everything. But what happens when they fail? And worse, what about customer service?

I’ve seen some horror stories:

💳 Banks with platforms that crash on key dates, failed transactions, or block your account without explanation.

📦 Delivery apps with confusing interfaces that cause you to lose money.

📧 Advertising platforms that don’t approve legitimate campaigns but let scams, witchcraft, and multi-level marketing slip through.

🤖 Useless technical support that just tells you to “restart your modem” or sends you to a bot that doesn’t solve anything.

📊 Ad tools whose “automatic recommendations” only seek to get you to spend more money, regardless of ROI.

It seems that many companies invest millions in technology to attract customers, but they forget the basics: good service. They outsource support and lose control of quality.

If your platform fails, fix it. If your service is bad, improve it. Listen to your customers; don’t frustrate them with inefficient processes or dumb bots.

Technology is a tool, not an excuse to neglect people. When everyone is tired, who are you going to sell to?
